It does this on both my home PC and work PC so it doesnt seem to be machine specific. Its always locked, even after loggin in in NordPass app. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a browser extension. NordPass Chrome extension is not working for a few weeks now. So I have to manually copy the username/password from that screen and paste it into the fields to login. Yet when I click on the nordpass icon in the upper right corner of the browser it WILL show the login info under "Suggested Items" yet will not show when I click on the icon in the field to enter user/pass. When I goto a website with a login page in Chrome(using the Nordpass extension) sometimes it will show the little nordpass icon to the right of the field and others it wont. In any case, I have intermittent issues with Nordpass. Lastpass issue is a whole other story within itself.

I switched over to Nordpass after a fiasco of using Lastpass for the past few years. NordPass offers similar extension support for Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera that you can use on any platform.
